Uli's Racing Legends
We are a team of up to ten employees and offer Uli Ehret's watercolors in this online shop, as well as frequently at exhibitions during racing events.
Uli Ehret's portfolio of watercolors always serves as the basis for this. 90 percent of the paintings depict vehicles, but there are also landscapes, flowers, and animals to discover.

Company History
It all began in 1998 with his first watercolor, the Auto Union hill climb racing car.
Uli Ehret suddenly realized that he had finally found the method to depict vehicles in motion.
In 2005, Uli Ehret exhibited his watercolors to the public for the first time at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The very successful exhibition encouraged him to do "more." Starting in 2006, exhibitions followed in Silverstone, Goodwood, and Paris. The years 2005 and 2006 in Le Mans were very instructive early years.
The first Goodwood Revival exhibition. David Richards, the mastermind behind Aston Martin at Le Mans, Jaguar in Formula 1, and the Mini Cooper in the rally scene, is a regular visitor of Uli Ehret.
The exhibition at the 24 Hours of Le Mans continues to grow from 2007 to 2019. The watercolors are becoming increasingly well-known in racing.
Special encounters
David Piper
David Piper drove the Porsche 917 in Steve McQueen's film in 1970. He holds another picturesque milestone by Uli Ehret: the legendary picture number 111, the key scene of the film
René Arnoux
René Arnoux visits Uli Ehret in 2009 on the occasion of the Retromobile in Paris. Audrey Belle helps Uli navigate the unfamiliar city of Paris.
Derek Bell
Three generations of the Bell family are visiting Uli in Le Mans. The stand in the heart of the Le Mans racetrack is the most important annual exhibition.
Bernd Rosemeyer
Between 2007 and 2019, Uli Ehret exhibited his work all over Europe. Just as here in Dresden in 2008, he encountered people who share his passion at exhibitions in Metz, Gothenburg, Brussels, and Strasbourg, as well as at the NĂĽrburgring, Spa-Francorchamps, and the Hockenheimring. As seen here with Bernd Rosemeyer Jr., who is signing the watercolor (#0200).
Allan McNish & Tom Kristensen
Gradually, sons Tim (pictured here in the middle) and Luk Ehret are soaking up the atmosphere of the racetracks. The family business makes wonderful moments come true.
Timo Bernhard
Friendships are also increasingly developing with the true heroes of the scene. Timo Bernhard and Uli Ehret first met in 2012 on the occasion of Timo’s participation in the Rallye Deutschland in a Porsche 911.

Uli Baretzky
Uli Baretzky, the man behind the winning Audi engines, bids farewell to his Audi Sport engine development team and Le Mans at the Technik Museum in 2016. The farewell party with 150 employees is hosted by Uli Ehret.
Sinsheim Technology Museum
Since 2012, Uli Ehret has had a partnership with Kuno Hug, which has since developed into a great friendship. Uli's watercolors accompany Kuno's major projects: the Heidelberg Historic at the Audi Forum Neckarsulm and, pictured here, the Olympic Rally 50 years after its origin, on the journey from Kiel to Munich. Through Kuno Hug, Uli Ehret also got to know the Technik Museum Sinsheim better - paving the way for the special exhibition "100 Years of the 24 Hours of Le Mans," which is taking place from 2023 to 2024.
In an interview with Hans-Joachim Stuck, Uli Ehret kicked off the press day at the Technik Museum Sinsheim for the special exhibition "100 Years of Le Mans"
The opening evening showcased more than 35 24 Hours of Le Mans vehicles to the invited guests. The exhibition, developed over 18 months, is attracting several hundred thousand visitors between April 2023 and September 2024.
Thank you for your interest in our company.
