Delivery options

Pictures by Uli Ehret

are delivered to you worldwide in all sizes. We have more than twenty years of experience in shipping art. You can rely on our high-quality packaging—using exclusively environmentally friendly materials. Should damage to the painting occur nonetheless, for instance broken glass, we will handle the process with the shipping provider.

Delivery times depend on the size of the ordered picture, availability, and your order date. Further information can be found in the following paragraphs.

Small prints

(S, XS, XS Plus, M) are generally shipped on the same day. Within Germany, these packages often arrive just two days later. At certain times, however, such as shortly before Christmas, this is not the case. During those periods, even small packages take several days. In the very last few days before Christmas, even express shipping is no longer of any help.

Large art prints

(for any side exceeding 90 cm) require approximately ten to fourteen days for production, signature, high-quality framing, careful packaging, and shipping. The more time you allow for this, the more reliably your schedule can be met. Two weeks is the standard – in August, it may exceptionally take up to four weeks, as some of our highly specialized suppliers take their annual leave then.

Customized solutions

Logistics companies have increased shipping costs enormously over the past two years. Nevertheless, we generally offer free shipping within Germany and to the EU on orders of 49 euros or more. For Great Britain, Switzerland, Norway, and overseas countries such as the USA, Japan, and Australia, we offer significantly reduced shipping costs—these costs are often considerably higher for us. We strive to find accommodating solutions for you regarding shipping costs. Please contact us if you feel this is not the case—we will then look for an alternative. Perhaps there is an opportunity to order one or more additional pictures together with other interested parties—in that case, the shipping price is often immediately halved or reduced to a third.
