San Remo Rally 1984
Winner: Walter Röhrl
The San Remo Rally was won again by Röhrl/Geistdörfer in 1985. It was the only race in which they prevailed over the Peugeot 205 GTI, which was dominating the 1985 season. The gravel track at San Remo, however, made the mid-engined French car and the Röhrl/Geistdörfer car, which had won the previous year, equal for a rally.
The 1986-generation vehicles, optimized for rally racing, were so brutal in their acceleration and, above all, deceleration that co-driver Phil Short, who was supposed to replace Christian Geistdörfer in England at the RAC Rally in the fall of 1986 due to his familiarity with the track in his home country, experienced such severe breathing problems in these extreme situation, especially while transmitting the "vital" information to Röhrl, that Röhrl did not receive the information he needed, and Röhrl/Short rolled violently at the 1986 RAC Rally and had to abandon the race. "Thank God, both survived," wrote Christian Geistdörfer in his book "Walter and I." Not every team can become world champion, no matter how good they are.

Canvas Prints
The standard format specifications mentioned indicate the outer dimensions of the stretcher frames.
The stretcher frames are 2 cm deep. The wooden slats of the stretcher frames are approximately 3 cm wide.
The art prints are delivered with a nano-film protected against UV light.
